Privacy
This is the privacy notice for the ANTOKi website (antoki.ch). In short: we collect your email address only if you join the waitlist, we use it only to tell you when testing starts, and you can leave at any time. The website is aimed at people in Switzerland, and the waitlist is for people aged 16 or older.

Who is responsible

Cookies, tracking and third-party code
We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts, images and styles are served from our own domain.
The only third-party code is on the waitlist form. When the page with the form loads, your browser fetches a spam-protection widget (Altcha) from our newsletter service, Infomaniak Newsletter. Your IP address is therefore transmitted to Infomaniak when the page loads, not only when you submit the form. The widget runs a small calculation in your browser to tell people from bots. We do not use it to track you.
The waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we process your email address, the time you signed up and the time you confirmed. By joining you also confirm that you are 16 or older. The form sends your address directly to our newsletter service, Infomaniak Newsletter (Infomaniak Network AG, Switzerland). It then sends you one email asking you to confirm. You are on the list only after you click the link in that email (double opt-in). The confirmation records when you confirmed, which serves as proof of your consent. If you never confirm, your address is not added to the list.
Purpose: to tell you when testing of the ANTOKi app starts. We do not use your address for anything else, and we do not sell it or pass it on for advertising.
Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, with effect for the future, by using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to work@antoki.ch. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before.
Storage period: until you unsubscribe, and at the latest 24 months after you confirmed. After that we delete your address.
Who receives your data, and where
Infomaniak Newsletter stores the list and sends the emails. For sending, Infomaniak uses Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon Web Services). When your browser submits the form or opens the confirmation link, technical data such as your IP address is transmitted to these services.
Our website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). When you open a page, Netlify processes technical request data such as your IP address and the time of the request to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
These providers process data only to run the service for us. Some of them may process data outside Switzerland, including in the EU and the USA. Where data goes to a country without an adequate level of data protection, we rely on the safeguards the law allows, for example standard contractual clauses. We do not share your data with anyone else.
Security
The website is delivered over HTTPS. We protect our accounts with two-factor authentication and keep the data we hold to a minimum. No system is completely safe.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, for correction or deletion, to restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a common format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to work@antoki.ch. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or, if you live in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

If this notice changes, the new version appears on this page with its date.
